Well even if its not their fault, if the connection I can get in the hotel is insufficient for my needs, I want to know and book something else.

In a rich man’s house there is no where to spit but his face

Its a human experience so it depends on the person you talk to a lot. Reflect on the experience and communicate your needs. Don’t be intimidated by the therapist, you’re there to improve your situation. Dont give up if your first therapy is a bad experience / you dont vibe with the therapist, try a different one. Unfruitful therapy doesnt have to be anyone’s fault, sometimes its just not a good mix.
I’ve been happy with Fastmail and its web & android clients so far but I havent tried to integrate it anywhere yet.

Why is the list sponsored lmao, immediately and completely discredited

1200mm lens but I’d actually still be at least 10k USD short

Japan still has a lot of campaigns with special prints or characters on trains. Fans find their schedules and wait at stations to take pictures. Its quite fun to ride one of those trains and see tens of ethusiasts at every stop.
I mean exposing an endpoint that accepts graphql queries kinda does that

In a promo for his book, Nico Semsrott asked the audience if they would embezzle funds. Most people voted no. Then he asked if they would embezzle funds if it was guaranteed that nobody would check them. The vote widely swung towards yes.
The website mentions
Migrating to JPEG XL reduces storage costs because servers can store a single JPEG XL file to serve both JPEG and JPEG XL clients.
Does anyone know how that works?
I am always baffled how even the smallest amount of authority can lead to unhinged powertripping

Yeah it seems like all forms of authority are working towards complete control of all things digital. Control of information media like print and broadcast are already established, control of the information flow of the internet is inevitable.
Its already well underway, not just in China and Russia. I think most splits will be enforced by governments but maybe splits on a technology level could deepen if e.g. more people move towards Tor, etc.

When we experience and maybe survive the next mass extinction, its going to be vastly more difficult to reindustrialize / redigitalize even if knowledge persists because we’ve already extracted the most easily accessible materials from the earth and extracting resources is becoming increasingly difficult.
If you know how to build a battery but you cant build the machines to get the lithium, you just cant build a battery. But I suppose over time we’d find better ways to recycle.

A great conversation is incredibly enriching
The worst painless feeling I’ve had was after a nose surgery. Pulling the massive tampons out felt my head being ripped off but that wasnt too bad. It was getting some soaked cloth shoved back up towards my brain that made me see the light for a few moments.

It’s incredibly useful and I wouldnt be able to work without it anymore. I used to log into one account in firefox and into the other one in chromium, it was silly
I’ve tried both and prefer Qobuz over Tidal. Qobuz has daily and weekly discovery playlists and staff curated a lot of lists. I found Tidal to be less responsive and the recommendations worse.
