Voting experts, government officials and others have identified a host of conditions that could make those places ripe for meddling from the Trump administration or its allies.
This is why the growing unpopularity of Trump and the Republicans doesn’t matter - because the Republicans have no intention of even trying to win elections - they’re going to just steal them instead.
