Engine power itself is not constant/linear when applying the throttle depending on the revs, so even just trying to match that with the deployment still requires a bit of software/mathy maths which can still lead to bugs like today. I don’t disagree simpler is better, but it can’t be quite that simple.
They should ban all this deployment garbage and just make it that more throttle means more power, equally split and linear.
