Accelerationism is a specific strategy that believes supporting the most competent and stable imperialists will concentrate capital faster, and therefore bring about the collapse of capitalism sooner. That means supporting the Democrats, as the Republicans are more unstable. Neoliberals do not want the collapse of capitalism, and accelerationists do not want to elect the GOP because they slow down the concentration of capital typically.
