I absolutely love the fact that we’ll most likely never get rid of stuff like that in AI generated content. There will always be things that are wrong/wonky with it.
The problem is when they start making it acceptable to the masses

And imagine the constant hissing

Fair, markdown, git and pandoc could work but, it might be too big of a jump for someone used to Word

Is Word mandatory or is Word compatible good enough ?
Because LibreOffice is pretty good, you could even push it further with pandoc, inputting markdown and outputting word documents.
Otherwise, as others suggested, Wine with an older Office version should do the trick

Game of Thrones went from a worldwide cultural phenomenon to barely a footnote pretty much overnight. That says a ton on how disappointingly the show ended.

Definitely not beginner friendly. Yunohost is great for beginners.
I’m a tech guy, I work with it all day everyday, I love it and what we can do with it. But I also absolutely hate what’s being done with it. I love the tech behind generative AI, LLMs, automation, computers in general, Linux, etc. But man, when I see the shit being pulled by tech companies and governments, it makes my blood boil, and I’m genuinely terrified for the future. We could do so much better…
So probably a strong -6
It’s called a maryse in French and it’s a kind of spatula
Jeffrey Dahmer was just a hangry dude !

Preferably in an easy maintainable way. Like markdown in a git repo.

I really like YAML but way too many people use it beyond its purpose… I work with Gitlabci and seeing complex bash scripts inline in YAML files makes me want to hurt people.

Yeah, it’s started to roll out on their new hardware:

I’d not recommend Synology anymore, as they’re starting to implement vendor lock on their drives and NAS boxes. As in, you’ll have to use their drives for the Nas to work.
So much wisdom already!

Yeah but it’s different this time!
Well, TB, GB, MB are decimal (powers of 10). TiB, GiB, MiB are binary (powers of 2). So that’s correct.
The difference between an IT person and a tech enthusiast

2 to 4 depending on what I eat it with

That exists and it’s really nifty. At least in France, you have them in most big brand supermarkets. The downside is that it requires a user account.
I’d agree if Epstein Files were only involving Americans, which is definitely far from being the case
