If you like Tim there, may I suggest him in Legend (1985)?
Eat less. It sounds obvious, I know. But prepare your meal as normal, divide it in half and put half in a container in the fridge. Eat the other half, then distract yourself for half an hour. If you’re still ravenous, heat up the other half and have it. But you probably won’t be. And you’ve got your next meal ready to go!
Billionaires.
Also, the propagation of the idea that you are poor because of the actions of even poorer people.
But have you tried making it extremely salty?

This is adorable.
I think it could be replaced with cookies and non alcoholic hot apple cider, but it might not be as sociable without everyone being a bit tipsy.
Hey man, there’s still bird flu!
It was already sitting on the stairs though?
Was pretty hilarious (tragic and awful) to hear senators from very low gdp states on the news talking about how they were going to “cut funding to California” after the L.A. fires until we leaned our lesson and stopped having fires. We’re number one and we have number two beat by over a trillion.
There was another one where kindergarteners rated attractive teachers as smarter and easier to get along with than unattractive ones. Both “teachers” just read them a story and left.
With media, you get a lot of straight, white (usually young) men bitching about “forced diversity” if the main characters aren’t their idea of “standard human” which is, of course, a straight, white, neurotypical, cisgender man. He can have a British accent if he’s fancy or an Australian one if he’s rowdy. Otherwise American all the way, baby.
I can’t watch original series Star Trek because of the screeching sounds that happen whenever we are supposed to feel dramatic surprise and/or suspense. It’s like nails on a chalkboard.
Clean bin, dirty bin.
That’s actually correct usage in several dialects, including African American Vernacular English (AAVE) and Appalachian English (AE). In the US we are brought up to believe that the dialect used by upper middle class white people is “Standard English” and is “correct” but most linguists today recognize that this is an antiquated and problematic way of characterizing language. Each dialect has its own acceptable variations. You can make mistakes within a dialect, but the various dialects are not more or less “correct” based on how close they are to “Standard English.”
It’s because your skin is too lose, it’s easy to get under it.
After the power company (PG&E) got blamed and sued for some big fires that destroyed entire neighborhoods in 2017, they got salty and decided to cut power whenever there were high winds predicted during red flag (high fire risk) days. The worst one was 15 days. I’m on a well with an electric pump, so there was no water for those days either.
Also, I lived off grid for about four years with only enough solar to either charge a phone (no service though) or run a light bulb in the evening. I did go to town to check my email and read the news every week or so.
Not having caffeine during the day, and exercising pretty hard (neither of these things usually happen).
Ya bud, I understand federation. I’m just saying, you’ve commented about how much you hate .world in this thread six times, which is a lot of times, and 99% of your interactions are on .world. It’s incredibly easy to block an instance and never see it again.
Why are you commenting so much on .world if you hate it this much?
I’m allergic to chocolate solids but can eat cocoa butter. So, in a society that is unreasonably obsessed with chocolate, it is nice that there is occasionally a “white chocolate” option on things that for some reason come in 15 flavors of chocolate and little else.
