Yep agreed on reading rules thingy but you see i wanted this post to be like talking abt Reddit and still asking my question at the end. Idk how am i supposed to add “?” For my title. But even if this post gets removed, i wouldn’t mind because i know it’s not because of my karma being low or my account it new but im made the mistake of not reading rules.

Helloww

No, like, let’s just say made a account and I posted in one or two communities (a rice in r/unixporn and a question regarding my pc in r/pcmasterrace) it will directly delete my post, and my account will get shadow banned, meaning I can no longer post edit my profile and do stuff like that, and have to wait until Reddit’s Support does something about it.

(Why tf do read fast and don’t understand) yeah i didn’t read the rules, my fault on that one. But im new so ill keep in mind next time.

alr will try it. thx

agreed that it keeps bots away but it also keeps new ppl away too. I just want internet to be a nice place for ppl and Reddit doesn’t support that. Ngl 10s for post were deleted automatically and it pissed me off so bad.

I’m always curious how people find out about the fediverse, how did you find out about Lemmy? :)

I just searched up Reddit alternatives and Google AI showed me few results, among them, one was Lemmy. Then i went up on YT to look for same and ppl mentioned Lemmy there too. Then i dug up lil bit abt it and here i am.
