If you have a CarMax nearby, their lots will let you check inside their various vehicles without a salesman hovering over you. CarMax prices are high but they are no-haggle.

In fairness they probably send the same emails over and over each day, and best case automating them could save a lot of time and let them send longer more comprehensive emails without having to type the entire message every time. But you gotta be careful and check your work.
