The models can be ran locally, yes. I’m doing it.

As for the ethics of training? It’s not unethical and I’ll debate that all day, if you want to get into it.

No one ever does though, they just rage quit once I get them to a certain point🤷‍♂️.

Human brains are all trained on copyrighted material without permission, no human brain is ethical

I think disclosure is the most important piece. I don’t create anything without AI nowadays, but I’m:

• planning architecture
• addressing common exploits
• running penetration tests
• having automated code review pipes from different models
• directly specifying details of how the code should work

I’m not so sure everyone is doing that. And if anyone has advice on how to improve, let me know!
