All I can say is, I’m a woman over 40 and if I experienced those symptoms for even one day I would see every doctor in the state until they figured out what was wrong with me. But it’s your body, not mine, and you should live how you want to live.
These are not symptoms of age, they’re indicators that something is not ok in your body.
I just want to say that my crap phone was glitching out when I was in this post, and I think I accidentally reported a comment? It was TOTALLY unintentional and if that was you, I’m sorry. I don’t even know what comment it was. I dropped my phone yesterday and now the bottom 4th of the screen doesn’t work properly. Omg, yes! This is me, too. Not being able to sing like before I got sick is like not being able to move my arms the same anymore. I hate it. Same thing, sick for two weeks, always sliiiightly on the verge of a cough now if I try to sing :(
