“biological female” is a right wing term, yes. I have never once heard someone use it without the entire argument being bad faith.
Hello lovelies, I am a (trans)Woman who is still in the process of discovering herself!
I have been working up the courage to be who I am for so long, I am excited to be figuring things out.
Pre-HRT, pre-fashion-sense, and pre-confidence.
Any and all tips and advice from more experienced women are welcome!

Jesus fucking christ, you CANNOT SAY YOU SUPPORT THEM WHILE SPOUTING RIGHT WING RHETORIC

Normal ≠ okay
It was once normal to call black people by a slur.
It was once normal to backhand a woman for daring to speak around men.
Don’t tell a marginalized group that they’re overreacting for being marginalized and someone comes in and says “it’s normal so shut up about it”

Read my other comments here, a large percentage of my friends are transmascs, no binaries, gender fluids, and varying between being capable of menstruating and not, while having vaginas.
I’m not conflating anything, thanks.

“people with vaginas” encompasses everyone regardless of sexual identity, gender assignment, or anything else really.
My spouse is non-binary, has a vagina. Two of my male best friends have vaginas, although one had a historectomy and no longer menstruates. A few other friends have vaginas although I’m not sure if they menstruate anymore. One is gender fluid and has a vagina.
“male/man female/woman” is gendered language, and insisting that only women have vaginas and menstruate is 100% just saying a whole group of people isn’t important enough for consideration, and that is inherently transphobic.
And for the record, yes “female” has a weird connotation in the US because right wing weirdos and incels seem to be unable to say “women” and don’t view women as people.

Menstruation is imherently female (binary)
Holy transphobia, batman, they’ve forgotten transmascs exist!
About 25% of my friends are men who menstruate.

The language, like you, are ignoring transmascs.

It’s ignoring that an entire group of people exists, I’m so fucking sorry that attempting to be inclusive is somehow offensive to you.
When it’s people of color, everyone loses their goddamn minds, but when it’s trans people it’s “okay to not be 100% perfect”
Fuck off with this closeted transphobia and admit you just don’t care enough about Trans people to be precise.
Edit: if you’re gonna comment another transphoobia supporting thing, just fuck off or admit you don’t care about trans people and inclusivity, honestly just go to Twitter or whatever trump is on nowadays because you clearly belong there.

Thanks to xkcd, whenever someone says “blank-ass blank” I mentally move the hyphen over, and depending on the person, if they say “that’s a big-ass ball” I’ll ask them “what’s an ass-ball? And why is it big?”

Jesus christ the dismissive attitude of the staff is disgusting.

I know too many cisgenderd AFABs that do it to think it’s just a man thing.
I also know a couple guys with small ones and they also for the most part aren’t like that either, so it’s definitely not size.
Proposed consensus: maybe they’re just assholes?

My plan is “I’ll probably be dead” but if not, I have enough parts to cobble together a solar charging station, and keep my laptop running for a few days between needing to let everything charge back up.
I have one off-site backup on an hdd inside a faraday bag and waterproof case that I back up once a week(ish) and after every project. I have local backups daily, one in a faraday box.
I have never once needed any of them and honestly if shit hit the fan hard enough, I will likely never be in a position where having backups for digital information will matter again. I’ll probably at most have my old phone/battery/solar charger combo that’s in a case in the garage, I keep a ton of survival references, maps, and things like that on it.

Does your country not have federal agents?

With vague hand-wavy apologies to the purists, I cannot stand watching original language with subtitles.
When I’m watching a movie, I want to watch a movie. If I want to read, I have a bookshelf full of books, and a reader filled with even more. Subtitles take my focus away from what’s happening on screen…
My spouse is hard of hearing, and actually CAN’T watch some anime because the dub and subtitles don’t match, and it makes it even harder for them to figure out the dialogue, and since they’re struggling to parse the words, they completely blank on the actual show.
When I’m watching anything by myself, I don’t use subtitles. That extends to anime.

To answer the titular question, “one day at a time”
Life has no meaning. There is no fate but what we make for ourselves, to borrow a movie line.
I have no grand plan, I have no ultimate purpose. I just am here, and one day I will be gone. Hopefully I can make some other people’s lives better in the meantime, although I certainly wouldn’t say I’m living for other people.

Ah yes, the “Ukranian imperialism” that is checks notes “defending their country from imperialist expansion by Russia”
Fuck off, fascist mouthpiece

Cool, I don’t remember specifying any country, so I’m not sure why we’re talking as if I’m trying to defend us policy.

And what country are we talking about, exactly? Are you sure you know?
I used to work for a city school during the summer to get school books ready for the year/ recycle old ones, retail, bike mechanic, 3rd party labor builder for various companies, mostly bikes and furniture, and most recently at a factory cutting aluminum.
Nowadays I mostly look for jobs.
