You’re doing good, and you’re enough. But you could (and owe it to yourself, and the people that care about you) to do better. Tomorrow, we’re gonna be a little better. And the next day? A little better. We’ll have days we backtrack, but overall, we’re going to keep improving. Tomorrow, are we going to eat slightly more healthy (think switching chips for nuts or something like that) or are we going to be slightly more active (like 3 more minutes of walking)?
