I really despise Joe Rogan’s character in Newsradio, he didn’t had any of the charm or wit that the other characters had.

As much as Rogan annoys me, I encountered his character on NewsRadio before I encountered him on the podcast. He was supposed to be a blunt object to contrast the others’ as radio personalities, businesspeople, and reporters.

the character is small potatoes when it comes to fictional villainy, but Pierce Hawthorne played by Chevy Chase in the show “Community” immediately came to mind
Apparently Marc Alaimo was a bit too much like Gul Dukat and consequently not well loved by the rest of the cast of DS9.
That really is too bad. Dukat is an excellent antagonist.
Amy Duncan from Good Luck Charlie is a diva drama queen played by Leigh-Allyn Baker who is a MAGA supporter that now does conservative kids shows
Not strictly fiction but the David Simon show We Own This City details the (criminal) actions of the Baltimore Police Gun Trace Task Force and their leader Wayne Jenkins played by Jon Bernthal who’s main take away from playing the character was the he was basically decent and frequently expressed admiration for the character. He’s also a vocal supporter of the IDF and a Blue Lives Matter activist.
