I know this isn’t exactly what you asked, but a while ago I lost all my stuff in a fire, and I definitely missed stuff like my expensive gaming PC, but the stuff I missed, like, the hardest, were little practical objects like a screwdriver that was really good at getting stripped screws out and the mattress that I had before that I had gotten a really good price on.

Now whenever I get something like that in my life again, I recognize so much more quickly that it’s an object that matters in that same way. The other day I found a dollar tree bin that fits in a specific drawer really well that means my spare batteries aren’t just in there free, and it’s such a nice upgrade

I decided to dive in with playing as a GM for Pathfinder 2e. I’ve played dnd before, but Pathfinder comes with a super deep lore that can be used to create all sorts of custom stories

Sometimes I like to just read the history of random nations. Osirion is wild. And the fight between Gex and Neb are absolutely hilarious to me

Just this weekend I started listening to https://wbor.org/. The amount of music that I have discovered just over the past couple days is amazing and even as someone who religiously explores new music I am really grateful with how much good music I am discovering.

On another note, I recently got the Pebble Time 2 watch and it is a great uncomplicated upgrade to my organization. Being able to see my schedule, weather, reminders, timers, alarms, and control my music and volume from my watch (even if I’m listening through speakers connected to my computer!) is so nice, as it means for quick things I no longer have to take out my phone, and everything is just a single button press away.

I’m loving my Pebble, too. Took me a little while to find a watch face that I like, but the watch is solid.

I’ll have to check out WBOR.

Thanks to moments like the SoundCloud revolution in the mid to late 2010s, I honestly think we are in the golden age of music.
