Google tells me that: “HireRight reports social media comments to employers only if the prospective employer explicitly requests and pays for a social media background screening package as part of their pre-employment check”

Anyone in recruiting in the US ever seen candidates not hired because of their social media posts being too pro human rights?

    I even separate my non-fringe comments from my identifiable accounts because who knows who is going to take over the country next year. I’ve lived in a third world country long enough, and seen enough things there to be paranoid even after moving to a first world country. 🤷‍♂️
