    We’ve always steamed it. I wouldn’t call it good or bad by itself. I season it with garlic powder and soysauce. When I was a kid my parents just dumped butter on it. I haven’t cared for the oven roasted ones I’ve tried. Charred broccoli tastes nasty to me.
