There’s no mention of how it’s possible to do this with other cars. This just reads as an anti-China anti-BYD hit piece to me.
Possible, but I’ve seen a general trend of Chinese websites, companies, etc. that serve a domestic audience having no or very basic cybersecurity because China is a very high-trust society. Then they go global with that attitude and get pwned.
