Not an ad, but my friend from a mail-in-vote state recently sent me something about 2 things being voted on that’s being supported by representatives of something like Democrats for an informed approach on gender! Immediately sent a shiver down my spine reading that because “informed approach on gender” is nothing but a huge dogwhistle for anti-LGBTQ+ ( mainly trans in this instance ) stuff. At least that’s my understanding of it.
All from a voters guidebook they got in the post.
One bill was the standard “let’s give pedos the ability to freely grope underage girls” anti-trans sports bill. The other looked like a bill that basically forcing school staff to turn over anything they have on students ( personal notes included ) upon request. And from the sound of it, creates an extremely hostile environment for any student that doesn’t want their parents knowing they told a staff member something private.
That’s ad enough for me to continue voting and protesting in my city.
There’s a third one in said state which is a measure to repeal a tax on yearly income over USD$1 million. Of course it’s confusingly worded. “Should this measure be enacted into law? Yes/No”

Insanity.
