has anyone used like 10gb or something a day and still haven’t been throttled? or will you still get throttled in egypt with say a provider like airalo

Esim or not is unlikely to affect your connection, this is most probably a carrier issue.
If you need 300+GB/month, you should look for a carrier that offers that.
If you are asking for carrier advice in Egypt, then be clear on that in the beginning of the post.

GigSky allows you to buy data on Egypt in 10GB intervals. You can continuously top up your plan once it runs out.
€52.49 for 10GB so it’s fairly expensive.
I used GigSky for work in the EU, and at least one day used 10GB+ without a problem.
