My elementary school teacher told us once that Americans only poop once a week. The climate is colder in North America, so their intestines pack the poop together very densely such that they only need to poop once a week. She said you’d be sent to the doctor if you poop daily in America.
Is this true?

I live in northern Scandinavia and I poop probably 2–3 times a day, at set times. When I wake up, then some time usually shortly after lunch. Then maybe a bonus one after supper as well. But definitely 2 times a day. I had a cousin in law who lived in Florida, said she poops once a week or so. I couldn’t believe it when she said that.
If you’re wearing a fitness tracker, the US will know about your daily routines.
Yeah, no, no wearables on me. Analog mechanical watches on my wrist, if anything.
