Antibot is not built-in to Lemmy. Instance admins are free to set up anti-bot mechanisms (hCaptcha, Cloudflare, Anubis, iocaine, etc.)
As for shadow-banning, I am not aware if that is a thing or even technically possible. Your entire instance could be banned by some other instances and their users would be unable to see your posts and comments, but nothing like a global shadow-ban.

No, because shadow banning isn’t a thing on Lemmy in the first place. Any bans you may or may not receive will be public and in your moderation history.
From what I’ve heard, most instances are behind Cloudflare and let them handle bot-blocking for UI traffic.
Other accounts are clearly labelled as bots (at least when looking through Voyager), I assume it’s something you can set when making an account or using the api.
But I mean, as for your question… yeah, there will be/probably are bots here. I don’t see a way to be on the internet now and be sure other parties are human. The blatant ones get banned, and if they’re not obvious enough I guess we can stay in ignorant bliss.

Never said you broke 8 or that I think you’re a bot. It’s the answer to your question. This community has a rule against bots, thus you can assume bots exist on Lemmy and it is a community or server decision on how to handle them.
And as 5 says, there are other forums if you have questions about the site itself. Gotta read the whole thing through, it speaks to more than just “how do I” questions.
