It is toy story cannon that the toys like being played with. It’s what they were made for. The same logic should work for other dolls.
The fact that Ms Peep has sexuality as a non-sex toy would suggest that the toys can be horny. So the sex dolls may not just be ok with it. They might be extremely into it.
Also, who uses a sex doll every day? I don’t use mine every day. You all have problems.
The toys are shown to literally hallucinate whatever fantasy is being imagined. So whether it’s consensual or not depends on what the user imagines it is.
It has, as far as I know, to date, not been adressed by the writers.
