I want to just delete my Discord, FB, Reddit, Second Life and other social sites so I can just be focused on myself. But I can’t because the guilt of seemingly deserting those I have left, will be hard to deal with.

the problem is people have impossible standards, not just for dating, but life in general.
and if you don’t live in that perpetually unhappy head space, they think you’re a loser.
