A lot of things are “cooked” twice, I don’t think that’s a sin.

I can’t think of a meat on a pizza that isn’t cooked beforehand, the sauce gets cooked before it goes on the pizza, too. Technically if the cheese was made with pasteurized milk, that milk was cooked twice, too

Do you consider the chocolate chips in cookies as cooked twice?

    • Most of the other things don’t get overcooked as easily. It’s just chicken. That’s why I specifically called out chicken in the first sentence, implying that was the only topping whose sin is being cooked twice.

The problem is that chicken gets too dry when it’s cooked twice. Other common pizza meats (pepperoni, sausage etc) are mostly pork, which just gets crispy and awesome when it’s cooked twice.
