Saying no instead of trying to fix everyone’s problems. I’m bit handy at fixing a lot of things and I’m happy to teach people how to fix stuff but sadly most of them don’t want to learn and just see me as a tool.

An alternative that I do with my parents: “I told you not to buy this locked Samsung phone filled with adware (or antivirus subscription), throw it in the trash and buy a real phone that is cheaper, I’m not helping you anymore because you don’t listen to me.”

God, Omarchy is so fucking useless. Dude at work was going on about it so I staged it up on a random machine. It isn’t an operating system: it is an AI GUI.
It lasted a good hour before I blew it out. Fucking unusable with no benefit.
Its less a distro and more some scipts that customize the Arch GUI and dump a bunch of AI shit on it.
The main issue is that it was created by DHH, the racist/transphobe/facist that has written extensively about how “brown” England is and talked about killing “vermin” like Roma.
Supporting it is causing issues for buisnesses, but shitheads keep doing it.
