Just discovered a much easier way to grind my coffee in the morning and felt dumb because it was so obvious, figure there’s some good stories out there about this type of thing out there

Putting clothes I want to change into later/the following day in a packing cube. It saves going through drawers and the closet to decide what to wear when I’m trying to get my brain going or distracted.

I just bought all matching clothes (so 10 of the same shirts, 5 of the same pants etc) and dress like a cartoon character, the same every day. It goes hard, it really does cut down on decision fatigue, and I always look great, because I’m always wearing my coolest outfit.

I have a clothes valet for this, my husband uses a chair. The advantage of my valet is that it has 2 rails - one for my “semi-clean”, I-can-wear-it-again clothes, one for clean outfits I’m planning. Even faster than having to fold and fit stuff in a packing cube 😉
